You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

The attndy platform, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by attndy and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Remove any copyright or trademark notices
• Use attndy's trademarks without written permission

attndy respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been infringed, please contact us with a DMCA notice.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using attndy, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Some features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all fees in accordance with the pricing terms
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription plans
• Notify us of any billing discrepancies

Free plans are available with limited features. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. To request a refund:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or reliability of the Service
• Correction of defects or errors

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTNDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Costs of substitute goods or services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) during the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless attndy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Effective Date"
• Sending an email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
